Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TryMySaaS. By creating an account or running an audit you agree to them. Read them carefully, because they include authorization and liability provisions that materially affect your rights.
Acceptance
By signing up, signing in, or submitting a target for audit, you accept these terms on your own behalf and, if you are acting for an organization, on behalf of that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any organization API keys confidential, for the activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Notify us at security@trymysaas.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Authorization to audit
TryMySaaS produces traffic — requests, signups, occasionally probing inputs — against the targets you submit. You may only audit a target if at least one of the following is true:
- You own the target and the underlying infrastructure.
- You have written authorization from the owner to perform a security or quality audit against it.
- It is your own non-production environment used solely for testing.
Auditing third-party services without authorization may violate computer-misuse and unauthorized-access laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA, 18 U.S.C. § 1030) in the United States and Lei 12.737/2012 in Brazil, and similar statutes elsewhere. You indemnify us against any claim arising from your failure to obtain authorization.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, billing controls, domain-verification, or other safeguards in the service.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
- Do not resell the service or its outputs as a standalone product without a separate written agreement.
- Do not use the service to conduct illegal activity, to harass any person, or to attack systems you have no right to test.
Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@trymysaas.com within 30 days and we will investigate in good faith.
Credits and consumption
Some products are metered in credits. Credits are consumed when an audit runs to completion or, where the service was nevertheless rendered, when it fails after irreversible work (for example, after an agent has executed and produced findings). Credits do not expire while your account remains active, but they are not redeemable for cash and they are not transferable between organizations.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings or by emailing hello@trymysaas.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination we delete or anonymize your personal data per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Liability and report use
Reports are informational and produced by automated agents. They do not replace certified audits required by compliance regimes such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC 2. You are responsible for validating findings and for any decisions you make on the basis of them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, even if advised of their possibility.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TryMySaaS is established. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to sue locally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
